Mike Hall has been in the computer industry for nearly 40 years. He has used his knowledge and experience to put together a Healthcare program for your PC to return and keep your PC to as near as when you first got it.

Mike's Bio Sheet

Mike started his career in the US Air Force as a cryptographic technician with secret, top-secret clearance and SSIR security classifications. He left the military in 1976 and joined the General Electric Company. At GE, he started as a customer services support consultant, and moved up to senior management level in the areas of network operations management, quality assurance, quality circles, design training, LAN Management, and customer service. He created organizations within GE such as: IBM NCCF (Network Control Center Facility) and a MIS department and others. Mike wrote advanced data communication courses which GE bought the rights to and traveled around the world teaching the CCDCM (Country Consultants Data Communications Methodology), network support techniques, and Fault Isolation methodology as well as various protocol support. Mike also spent a great deal of time internationally as the backup manager for the International Customer Service organization which all the affiliate country support desks reported and while traveling internationally visited many of the locations providing "white glove" assistance in critical customer and sales situations. Mike by himself, designed and taught the Frame Relay Network support for the GE’s proprietary mail package. As a Process Redesign Manager, Mike’s contributions saved millions of dollars to GE.

After 20 years of service, Mike left GE and joined a Internet Security startup company, V-ONE Corp., as a member of the founders’ team. V-ONE was founded in Maryland as an Internet Security company in 1993. Working side-by-side with the company’s president and Sr. Staff, Mike made significant contribution in creating the infrastructure of V-ONE. He created and managed the Quality Assurance and later a second tier Help Desk department. As a QA Manager, he designed the test methodology for security encryption data protection, for which V-ONE won numerous industry best product awards. Mike wrote and implemented the corporate policies and procedures for Quality Control, Customer Support, and Training. Mike also wrote White Papers for the Security Officers for companies wishing to implement Security processes for protecting business. V-ONE went public in 1996, and its stock went up by 60% in six months and over 300% in its first 3 years.

Mike left V-ONE in 1998, and joined Docucorp International, a medium size company in the business of software development for document management. Mike consolidated two management positions (Quality Assurance and Customer Service), resulting in considerable cost savings to Docucorp. During his 4-year tenure at Docucorp, his Technical Support group never had a quarter with less than a 92% customer satisfaction rating. These ratings were the best ever attained by Docucorp.

Mike worked as a part time IT consultant for MDEC International since 1994. He made significant contributions to help MDEC enter the information technology and networking market in the US. In 1996, his contributions lead MDEC to offer Alpha & Pentium/AMD Servers and RAID Data Storage systems to its US customers. In May 2001, as a member of founder’s team, Mike made significant contributions to start MDEC (India) International, an affiliate of MDEC (USA) International. He created the infrastructure for new company’s R&D center in India. In October 2002, Mike joined MDEC as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) on full time basis. He monitored software development projects, and provided technical guidance to the IT engineers & programmers. He also solely designed the HIPAA compliant network behind the patent pending Physician-to-Patient (P2P) Medical Product created by MDEC Intl. And solely coordinated the SQA and technical implementation at both the Head Quarters and R&D organization in India. Currently Mike is a freelance IT Consultant contracted primarily to The Primary Day School Inc., a leading Private School infusing modern day technology into their teaching methodology.

Throughout Mike’s career, he has inspired his teams to over-achieve. Mike uses the tools and training he has attained from General Electric Management Crotonville courses, Anthony Robbins research foundation motivational programs, and Toastmasters International. Mike has taken 7 Crotonville courses, completed a yearlong Motivational Master training program from the Anthony Robbins Research foundation, was a Motivational coach in the Anthony Robbin research foundation, and as a ATM level Toastmaster taken 1st place in District and Regional level Toastmasters presentation competitions. In 1990 Mike was the district Toastmaster of the year and took 1st place in the Toastmasters Eastern Regional Table Topics competition. Mike is considered a master motivator in both written and oral techniques in addition to his technical skills. Mike uses all his skill to enhancing his entrepreneurial business opportunities.
